My observation is that it's just very arbitrary & random; really just depends on if anyone ever *reports* it or not. I've seen some get zapped in seconds, and a similar or worse one live in a gallery unmolested for years.

At one time, Eli would've considered it A/C. I'm glad he's lightned up a bit. When I uploaded a photo that was slightly less provocative (a non-pornographic image that had no visible nudity) it got yanked right quick for being A/C.
