I suppose in an ideal world, some would do the full route, but it's got to be $, and then some people, not just TG, avoid any kind of surgery for a variety of reasons. It's a quandary.

Trying to "keep it classy"... I think it should and wish the guild chat was more suited to an ongoing discussion so that it wouldn't be on the wall. I'm here for the introduction to new works of beauty. I don't watch TV and as I've gotten older have paid less attention to pop culture. It kind of pisses me off when I find myself attracted to a TS or since the guidelines are so loose or non-existent, it could even be a cross-dresser (I can't cite finding one, just sayin'). This came up for me when I was looking at tall women;/Amazon_Eve and (the same person) profkom-omgups.ru/Erika_Ervin. When I heard her being interviewed on a You Tub clip, it was all "no, no, no that's a fricken man". I don't want to look at men's, semi-men's or former men's feet. If that makes me phobic, sobeit.
