There's an old tyme lady who wasn't afraid to show off her feet. Nice ones. Mostly in those days there were the dreaded nylons with reinforced toes so that toes remained hidden even if wearing open toed or peek toe shoes. Then the 'fabulous' see through nylons came out and we could start viewing what various women had been hiding. Of course bathing suit pics gave us views, but not all stars posed for those.

The lady was a class act. She received the us medal of freedom for her contribution to the war effort in W W 2 . One should read her biography It is very interesting..She was really an amazing lady.

This movie still of Marlene Dietrich was taken during production of The Garden of Allah. I purchased it over 20 years ago from a photograph dealer in NYC on 14th St. As far as I know, my copy is the only one in existence. I never saw the picture on the web. Now it's free to all, my gift to this site and fellow such admirers everywhere.
