I'm going to re-post this for all the people saying that she has issues with showing her feet. Go to 2:30. When she is on tour, she wears boots. When she is on a red carpet, she wears boots. Maybe she will ditch the boots and go back to heels when she gets a little older. She drives me crazy too, but I don't think she hides her feet on purposefully.
